The clock diameter, letters diameter, minute and hour hand are all parametric except that the minute and hour hands can be made any size larger than what they are currently but not smaller as it was over constraining the sketch or maybe I was doing something wrong. Afternoon ladies and gents......

Its been a few days since my last upload but i thought whats the heck, i'll treat you all.

Here we have a nice modern light chandelier. As with all my families i've added material parameters for the bulb, main material and glass shade.

I've also added a ceiling drop dimension parameter which is an instant parameter so you can have the same family in one model but at different heights.

THIS IS A FACE BASED FAMILY, SO TO LOAD ONTO A CEILING, OPEN UP THE CEILING LAYOUT AND LOAD ON FACE.

alot of people keep saying it only loads onto wall, no it doesnt.

This casework family is a model of an American Woodmark cabinet.  It has two doors that can be opened individually, one drawer that can be pulled out, and an adjustable shelf.  All materials are pre-defined and are assigned via casework sub-categories.  American Woodmark only offers two widths of this cabinet.  One width, the 27", has a half-depth shelf.  Clips hold the shelf in place.

New and improved version of my previous shuffleboard-- wanted it to be more universal so I created parameter controls for length and put some default sizes built into the family-- 10', 12', 14', 16' 18', 20' and the pro 22' tables.  

I hope this is helpful for follks looking for different sizes of shuffleboard tables!

This is a modified Revit K-Series Bar Joist that has parametric adjustable seat angles on each end. By default, the bar joist comes in as a standard bar joist with straight/flat seats; however, under the model properties for the bar joist, there are parameters to adjust the seat angles.

1) First, check the parameter called, "Show Angled Chord Legs at Seat".

2) Then adjust the Inner and Outer Heights of the Seat. There is a right side and a left side.
