Parametric. You can change the width and depth of the shelf, and its height off the ground. You can also change how far apart the two wall supports are.

Simple Transformer.  The origin is the bottom center.  Similar to transformer thats out of the box.  I created an elevation parameter.  Many times we have xfmr's hanging to conserve space.  Since there isnt a set houskeeping pad size thats ever used I didnt include it.  Sketch out an extrusion and make the pad 3".  So the elevation of the transformer would be 3".  Hope that makes sense.  Let me know if it works.  Its been tested an no issues that I can see.

I have been working on this family for several months...   It is fully parametric, has a instant label parameter.  There is a symbol for locating a componet at a special height (re: set at 42" symbol).   I often label a swich componets, for example: Fan, lights (#of lights), dimmer.  The text type has transparent background.

Nana Wall WA67 Folding Walls.  Default types have been created for both interior and exterior door systems ranging from 2-12 panels. Single panel systems must be created independently since this family relies on a system of arrays. User may create duplicate types and customize door panel configurations using the nested detail component. All configurations listed on Nana Wall's website for the WA67 series have been provided. Elevation hinge lines should be drafted manually in elevation as required.

This line based fire rated partition is compliant with version 5 of the NCS. It is already set up for 1 to 4 hour separations.

There are a couple of things to take note of. The objects themselves are generic annotations so they maintain their size regardless of scale per NCS guidelines. This works best at scales from 1/8 to 1/2 scale.

All aspects of the visibility are instance based. Since there is no way to specify symbol spacing independent of scale, I just make it fully adjustable. Adjust the beginning and ending offset along with the smoke symbol offset to make it compliant with NCS spacing guidelines.
