Took a parametric track from here and added the Gimble fixture. Now the fixture symbol does show up in the RCP. The track however is still just detail lines, so it is a no show in elev or 3D views.

How to use:

Go to elevation, and set the levels it will conecct.

Its not fully parametrized in the some dimensions, only lenght, width and height, and its geometry is simplified to have a bunch of these on your proyects.

Hey, I'm really sorry but I forgot to align the top shelf with the top reference plane. Open the family in "back side" view, push AL (or the align button.) click on the top reference plane, then click on the top of the top shelf. That will fix it.

XXL sized flag.

Customizable, so you can put whatever flag you want--here's how:

1. Save the image you want to use your flag as.

2. Go to the insert tab

3. Click "decal"

4. Create a new decal, using your saved image

5. Go to a section or elevation view where the flag is visible

6. "insert" "decal" and then place the decal.

7. Repeat steps 5-6 to put image on the other side of flag

Now your flag will be visible from all views, including rendering 3D. If 80 feet is too tall for your flag, edit the family.

Insert as a DOOR!!

This is an expasion joint from wall to wall, mostly to be used with gypsum board walls.

The gap is 8". The plan represensation will show the joint gasket details. The elevation will show the trim and middle metal, as well as the 2 side expansion gadgets.

Both metal and expansion gadgets allow material selection.

This joint system is similar to InPro 233-A07 wall to wall expansion joint

Revit 2021 Family - cannot be down saved.

This family is based off of a modular package and parcel delivery locker. I couldn't find a family for the amazon hub delivery lockers or a parcel pending delivery locker, so I made my onw. Pretty basic family, but it gets the job done to describe the scale and rough front elevation of the system. 

I modeled this after the indoor amazon hub delivery locker. Main base is 6' - 0" W x 1' - 10" D x 6' - 8" H. Additional 3' - 0" W modules are instance parameters for whatever configuration is desired. Materials are also parametric.

This family is a simple parameter-controlled solid surface vanity (based on Swanstone dimensions).  

Family includes both surface-mounted and wall-mounted faucents, which can be toggled on/off with Type Parameters.  Faucet uses Symmons faucets, which can be switched out by editing the family if needed.

Vanity dimensions, backsplashes, faucets, meterials and basin offset can all be controlled with parameters.  

Family does not include casework below.
