This is a modification of the standard overhead sectional garage door that came with Revit. We found that for display purposes, a more decorative garage door helps create the illusion of reality. The size is Parametric, but the trim width is not. Please let me know if there are any bugs.

this symbol allows you to move the triangle tag but keeps a leader-type line attached to the dashed shear wall line

i've made the length text be just a user-defined line of text in case a note is needed instead of the length.
