These Revit Schedules are a room schedule filtered for the room named Attic and a soffit schedule that includes a soffit pretending to be the ridge vent. The soffits model across the whole roof including the eaves to get the required area. The ridge vent is a narrow soffit at the ridge the length of the ridge minus the width of the boundary. I have included the stand alone schedules with no model at www.revitcity.com . The math formulas are in the schedules and can be modified per required code. The formula for the ridge vent is the perimeter of the ridge / 2. The ridge boundary is as narrow as possible so I can get a length value. Conditional values are set to black out the values if the manufacture is not who I need it to be. I think it’s pretty cool. Revit railing possibilities are not yet so flexible as they should be, so instead of making railing with glass panels, I made railing as curtain wall panel. to use this file within a curtain wall as curtain panel select this .rfa file. With fixed distance (vertical grid parameter) you can set lenght of panels with balusters.
Absolutely parametric model, all dimensions(balusters,holders,fixings,handrail) and material.

About the Revit Family
This is a parametric ‘CNC’ table. The following are adjustable:
- Top: rectangle or oval
- Top: width and height (make these equal for a round or square top)
- Top cross: sets the size of the cross in the top
- Leg height and width
- Leg cross brace: sets the depth of the brace at the top of the leg
- Material thickness: this adjusts the size of the mortars and tension joint to accommodate different material thickness
How to use this on the CIT laser cutter
- Import the family and place in Revit view
- Adjust the sizes of the legs and top as desired – noting you’ll need both a Type A and Type B leg
- Adjust the material thickness to accommodate your chosen material
- Set the scale of the view to size of the final print, ie 1:50
- Export the view to DXF or Illustrator for adjusting line weights and printing

Series LF1170, LFL1170 Lead Free* Hot Water Temperature Control Valves are specifically designed for mixing hot and cold water on hot water supply systems. They can be used for a variety of applications to reduce the temperature of the hot water from the system, and are ideal for radiant heat applications. This series features a "double throttling" design which combines the control of the hot and cold water to provide a sensitive response to changes in water temperature passing through the mixing chamber.
