The mullion, curb depth, curb height, frame height, and pyramid heights are all adjustable.  This family requires at least 3 unit by 3 unit setup, otherwise it won't look right.  I have created another family for 2x2 units (4 skylights total) that is parametric also.

A standard size pool table (8' standard size = 44"w x 88"l playing surface).

The materials can be controlled by parameters.  Visibility of the pool cue and balls can be controlled by parameters as well.  A 3'-6" play area clearance is built in as well, and can also be controlled for visibility.

The model is not currently set for the table size to be parameter controlled, and if you adjust the size it'll get wonky. 

BUT!  If you're looking for that standard size pool table, this could be the one for you.  I'll try to upload a better version later with adjustable size parameters when I get the chance to update this one.

2012 Mercedes SL R231 - With Parametric Settings: Roof  Up or Down, Windows  Up or Down. Defualt settings are with both set to the up position and the lights off.  If you want to turn the lights one you'll need to change the appropriate listed light materials (fog, headlight, tail lights) to a Luminated Glass.  Sorry it was a setting, but made the file to large to download. This family is face based. I couldnt get the actual size so i've given the family width and height parameters. You'll see in the rendered image multiple shelves, there is one shelf within the family but i've given it a instant parameter for the materials and set up 5 different colours, Yellow, white, black, Red and purple.

Simple load in the family and then copy it around and change to what colour you want, this way you can custom the pattern you create.

McKeon top coiling fire door with egress pocket door.  The egress door is located in a pocket in the wall and when the system activates, it swings into position and the coiling door drops from above.  This family includes all elements as well as a 'closed' and 'open' position.  It is hosted on a face of a wall, more specifically the back of the pocket where the egress door is in.  Ceiling height and width are instance controlled parameters allowing you to set them specifically for each import.  It includes 2d linework details (copies from McKeon) for both side tracks in plan view and then the coiling mechanism above the ceiling in elevation and section views.

This is a fully parametric fireplace mantle and Isokern Magnum fireplace.  Included are several nested families:  the mantle, the Isokern Magnum Series 28, 36, 42, and 48, and The Isokern DM54 Chimney system.  Also included is the Isokern Offset Block.  As this family uses family types for the fireplace, the firebox parameters are no longer available.  There is a brickledge visibility parameter but no veneer above the ledge.  I figured this was project specific.

Set flute depth to 0" to make flutes not visible.  I could not get the flutes to array properly, so when adjusting side piece width you will have to edit the family and copy/paste/delete the void extrusions to get the desired number.  Flute size is adjustable.  Remember to lock the extrusions to the sweep shape handle.

Suggestions are welcome.

The model DOES include lighting which will illuminate space in rendering programs.  The lighting does not utilize the actual IES files-- and is an estimated look using generic Revit lighting fixtures in the estimated locations of the light fixture lighting.
