Hey Guys, here is a lovely Bathroom vanity to add that extra detail to your renderings. Materials are listed under the properties tab in the edit type section for an easy change to any material or color that you would like. The faucet I used was uploaded by thafera, so thank him for that awesome family. Not Parametric, it's 5' 7" long 1' 11" wide and 2' 11.5" tall from floor to top of countertop. There is a material for the fabric and also a material for the metal.

The height of the curtain can be adjusted on the base and also on the top.

The rod height is also adjustable, I think.

The curtain is stationary - you cannot close it.

The flanges can be adjusted away from the wall or set it to "0" to be flush with the wall.

Helicopter - Bell 206L - Thought someone might be able to use this.  Materials are listed under BELL for easy location.  The two colors and interior as well as the skids are set up so their colors can be changed as well as the rotor blades.

NOTE: Included an AutoCAD 2007 version of this file for those wanting to import into earlier versions of Revit.

This family is a simple parameter-controlled solid surface vanity (based on Swanstone dimensions).  

Family includes both surface-mounted and wall-mounted faucents, which can be toggled on/off with Type Parameters.  Faucet uses Symmons faucets, which can be switched out by editing the family if needed.

Vanity dimensions, backsplashes, faucets, meterials and basin offset can all be controlled with parameters.  

Family does not include casework below.

This is my first family, I hope you like it.

This is a wine tank family with a few types that indicate the capacity of the tanks in hectolitres (1 hL = 100 L).

For some reason, for it to show properly you need to have Masses visible.
