This is a very complex but also very robust cubicle family. It is entirely parametric. The available cubicle sizes from the manufacturer are set as types but all dimensions and controls are parametric. The family contains one of the 3 cubicles shown in the image.

This modern, circular workstation design comes in the following diameters: 84"W (minimum), 96"W, 108"W, 120"W as well as custom sizes. The post heights can be 29", 36", 42", 49", 67" and 84"H or any height within this range. Large chandellier light family based on the Sonneman brand 'Constellation Hedron' light fixture.

Based on the Sonneman spec, the geodesic dome form measures 45" in diameter with 40 LED bulbs.  

Modeled as a Generic Family.  Not face-based or ceiling hosted-- you'll need to set the elevation within your model.

The model DOES include lighting which will illuminate space in rendering programs.  The lighting does not utilize the actual IES files-- and is an estimated look using generic Revit lighting fixtures in the estimated locations of the light fixture lighting.

The handing distance is unfortunately not parametric at this time-- I haven't had time to adjust this value.  Feel free to make your own updates and share.

Revit railing possibilities are not yet so flexible as they should be, so instead of making railing with glass panels, I made railing as curtain wall panel. Within a curtain wall as curtain panel select this .rfa file.  With fixed distance (vertical grid parameter) you can set lenght of panels with balusters.

This glass panel family is fully parametric (dimensions and material).

A presentation cabinet for conference rooms.  This model is based on the Peter Pepper Products CC-4848 product.

The Presentation Cabinet contains two doors which open to reveal a whiteboard inside as well as a pull down screen and fabric panels on the inside of the doors to pin up papers. 

I did flex the family so you should have no problems with creating a custom size.  All materials are set, but you may change them if desired.

I searched long and hard for a model of this product (which is used quite often) but couldn't find one anywhere, so I created one.

Never experienced adaptive components?!  Oh boy.

Try this out, or just inspect the family to see how it works.  This is a spline extrusion with 8 adaptive points, which means the sweep will regenerate in real time to pass through the 8 points wherever you set them.   It's quite fun to play with.  I should get back to work, honestly.

If you select the adaptive points, (you might have to tab) you get X-Y-Z grips to moved the path manually.

I've added 8 new parameters to control the diameters of the tube, and any differences in diameter between adaptive points will be smoothly transitioned.

Work plane based shower and faucet fixture with mix valve for typical bathtub. I used the Rvt mix valve from Revit City, and created the faucet and shower head. The dimensions are loosely based on a Kholer fixture also on this site. Each component is a nested family so you can easily edit & modify. Curtain Wall Panel inspire in Erwin Hauer screen walls (continua series design 3).

I used model technique similar to this (1 simple generic model nested 8 times in a curtain panel family):

This time i didnt break flexibility, so you can use what ever square panel size you want, BUT you need to manually set the half_size parameter on panel family (if your panel size is 30 cm you need to modify panel parameter half_size = 15).

parameters:

1. half_size: curtain panel size / 2, i think it could be automatic if you use a shared/reporting parameter.

2. offset: distance between the two interlocking panels.

3.  P_ofactor: offset factor from center's geometry.

4. P_rfactor: radius factor for void geometry.

5. P_tfactor: thickness factor.

As you notice, i use multiplication factors related to size panel.

how to use it: open family, choose load to project and create a new curtain wall with CW panel EH family (also remember setting a square size cw panel and put that info in "half_size" parameter on panel type parameters).

as always, you can change type parameters to instance parameters and go crazy...
