Revit railing possibilities are not yet so flexible as they should be, so instead of making railing with glass panels, I made railing as curtain wall panel. to use this file within a curtain wall as curtain panel select this .rfa file. With fixed distance (vertical grid parameter) you can set lenght of panels with balusters.
Absolutely parametric model, all dimensions(balusters,holders,fixings,handrail) and material.

Non-Wall-based family so feel free to put it wherever you like.
There are several family types within the family for the various screen sizes (the ratios should stay the same so the images you use should all be the same length and width just different sizes of each)
Family sizes include: 32", 37", 42", 47", 52", 55", 60", 65", 72"
(This has always been a peeve of mine seeing the same family 10 times with each being a different size...just make different family types!)

Ford F250 Crew Cab Super Duty - Another special request hope it helps. All materials are listed under F250 for easy location. Set so it can be two tone paint or single by matching colors, bumpers, interior, wheels, window tint, brush guards etc. are all set on their own layers for easy customizing.
NOTE: AutoCAD file to large to download.
UPDATE CONTAINS: A more realistic looking wheel width, and chrome bumpers with their own layer now.

This is a fully parametric fireplace mantle and firebox. Set flute depth to 0" to make flutes not visible. I could not get the flutes to array properly, so when adjusting side piece width you will have to edit the family and copy/paste/delete the void extrusions to get the desired number. Flute size is adjustable. Remember to lock the extrusions to the sweep shape handle. Suggestions are welcome. |

My carriage style hanging light is made of glass and white painted aluminum and can be mounted to entrance way ceilings. Use the floor plan to place component and set offset to 6’8”+. Andersen windows, basic sweeps are based on standard Andersen detail for 200 series, which generally matches 400 series. All units use same shared nested families, so take care when creating schedules. Rough openings are set to match Andersen 2008 catalog, this may result in some minor discrepencies for actual Unit dimensions. Generally their catalog allows for an extra 1/2" for the rough opening. I provided type catalogs for the casements, got lazy on the awnings. A triple awning can be created by copying the triple casement and reloading the awning nested family (save out of another family). I think I fixed the issue with how the windows are located, they should all have a "Finish Depth" parameter. Three grille options are included, none, Prarie A and Fractional. New grilles are easy, they are a nested family (not shared) that are placed in the nested window unit(s). You'll see a type parameter in the hosted windows that lets you control which grille option you're using, the type parameter is actually switching the nested window unit, not just the grille. |
