The Brookfield 60", double sink, Antique Black vanity by James Martin Furniture features hand-carved accenting filigrees and raised panel doors. Two doors, on either side, open to shelves for storage below and three center drawers, made up of a lower double-height drawer and both middle and top standard drawers, offer additional storage space. The look is completed with Antique Brass finish door and drawer pulls. Each cabinet is configured to work with our variety of either 2cm, 3cm, or a 4 cm countertops. The matching decorative wood backsplash is included.

Toilet roll holders are easy enough to find, but it bothered me that there was never any toilet paper on them. I looked and there didn't seem to be TP anywhere, so... now there is!

Change the elevation to line it up with your toilet paper holder. It's not wall based, so you can rotate it and stack some spare rolls in the bathroom, too.

This is my most ambitious family yet.

This ADA-compliant countertop and sink(s) was made to solve frustrations in our office that there were no functional and flexibile families to meet generic bathroom sink and countertop needs.

This accomplishes that, I feel.

User can specify length of the countertop, materials, and up to four sinks or as few as zero.  

 Sink locations space automatically to fill the surface, depending on how many sinks are visible.  If for some reason you'd like the sinks to be asymmetric, a "shift sink" field is avaiable in the properties bar.

This family is a simple parameter-controlled solid surface vanity (based on Swanstone dimensions).  

Family includes both surface-mounted and wall-mounted faucents, which can be toggled on/off with Type Parameters.  Faucet uses Symmons faucets, which can be switched out by editing the family if needed.

Vanity dimensions, backsplashes, faucets, meterials and basin offset can all be controlled with parameters.  

Family does not include casework below.

Simple Look in plan/elevation works for a lot of our uses-- hopefully it'll help you too!
