This is a simple concrete apron I made. Used for ADA access to sidewalks from the street and the like.  Nothing special about it. I think it is parametric. I got tired of my void forms not working so i made this. 

This is a face based family.

Sanyo "undercounter" medical refrigerator. Be careful with this thing...it's 34-1/2" tall at the hinge cap and will NOT fit  beneath a standard 36" high countertop. Some highly educated engineer must have come up with this...Duh. Where we install these, we have to put our countertops at 37" A.F.F. Many times it's next to a sink which requires 34" for ADA. This then requires a stepped counter system.

Something for all you medical designers to keep in mind if this fridge is spec'ed.

This family is a simple parameter-controlled solid surface vanity (based on Swanstone dimensions).  

Family includes both surface-mounted and wall-mounted faucents, which can be toggled on/off with Type Parameters.  Faucet uses Symmons faucets, which can be switched out by editing the family if needed.

Vanity dimensions, backsplashes, faucets, meterials and basin offset can all be controlled with parameters.  

Family does not include casework below.

Hey guys, I noticed that someone posted a Parametric Slab Family in here, but nobody could've download it. Apparently it was a fake.

A while ago I managed to get a real Parametric Slab Family (with joists and bricks), but I don't remember from where or who is the author, but I decided to post it here, so other people could use it too.

PS: I DIDN'T DEVELOPED THIS FAMILY, SO, IF THE AUTHOR SHOWS UP AND ASK ME TO REMOVE IT, I WILL REMOVE IT.

How to use: Load the family "Laje_de_Forro_Parametric_Slab_17204.rfa" in the project and create a Beam System. Change the Beam Type to "Vigota Treliçada..." and you will see the joists. Use Fixed Distance of 0,43 m. Then select one or all the joists (not the beam system) and you will see the option "Visibilidade da Lajota" in the bottom of the Properties Panel. Check it to enable the brick. That is it.

Olá pessoal, eu percebi que alguém postou uma Família Paramétrica de Laje de Forro aqui, mas ninguém conseguia baixar ela. Aparentemente era uma montagem.

A alguem tempo atrás eu consegui uma Família de Laje de Forro real (com vigotas e lajotas), mas não consigo me lembrar onde e quem era o autor, mas decidi postar aqui, para que outras pessoas pudessem usá-la também.

OBS: EU NÃO DESENVOLVI ESSA FAMÍLIA, ENTÃO, SE O AUTOR APARECER E PEDIR PRA REMOVER, EU VOU REMOVER.

Como usar: Carregue a família "Laje_de_Forro_Parametric_Slab_17204.rfa" no projeto e crie um Sistema de Vigas. Mude o Tipo de Viga (Beam Type) para "Vigota Treliçada..." e você verá as vigotas. Use Distância Fixada de 0,43m. Depois selecione um ou todas as vigotas (não o sistema de vigas) que você verá a opção "Visibilidade da Lajota" no fundo do Painel de Propriedades. Marque essa opção para habilitar as vigotas. Pronto, é isso.

Fully parametric ADA Grab Bar. This Grab bar is a straight bar however attaches to the back and side wall.

Blocking lines have been added to the back and side walls. You can turn these lines off in the Visibility settings in the instances properties. They are also turned off in the cores visibility settings.  (Bobrick can custom make them. You can probably find other manufacturers as well) Hope it help
