Street signs on a metal post.  You can turn the top sign off and use the lower sign.  Each can be modified into whatever street sign you choose (both sides update) as well as the road type.

5 picture frame profiles in family.  Turn on/off 2 layers of matting as well as 45 degree cut.  Turn on/off image surface (depth can change depending on how many/if you have matting on). Frame dimensions are dynamic and parameters set to vary amount of matting around the picture.

Aluminum tube fence with 4" square fence posts and 1" pickets.

This is a generic model with an instance parameter set to easily change fence lengths (for some reason does not work well under 15' long) - just save out the single section as its own file for shorter lengths.

Had fun playing with the formulas to get sections added and fence posts evenly spaced with the pickets staying less than 4" clear between each other.

Non-Wall-based family so feel free to put it wherever you like.

There are several family types within the family for the various screen sizes (the ratios should stay the same so the images you use should all be the same length and width just different sizes of each).

Family sizes include: 32", 37", 42", 47", 52", 55", 60", 65", 72"

(This has always been a peeve of mine seeing the same family 10 times with each being a different size...just make different family types!)

Ikea Living room set containing two coffee tables (square and rectangular) as well as an end table.  Types set up for each as well as instance parameters set up for the material.  The type parameters are set to where if you'd like a different size table you can easily do so with the type parameters.

There are two material types since the way the model was made the grain ran the opposite way it should so for those pieces I created a new material, basically the same as the original only rotated 90 degrees so if you do decide to use a different material know that you'll have to make the same material again only rotated 90 degrees.
