Lounge Chair designed by Hendrik Van Keppel and Taylor Green. This model is based on the example in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art, manufactured by Van Keppel-Green in 1946. Furniture by Van Keppel-Green has a notable association with the Arts and Architecture Case Study House program, being featured in photographs by Julius Shulman of Pierre Koenig's Case Study House 22, also known as the Stahl House. VKG furniture was also featured in Shulman’s photographs of Richard Neutra’s Kaufmann House. Did a project recently and needed to know turn clearances for a gurney so I built this family. Fully parametric. Can change between having back wheels fixed/front wheels pivoting and all wheels pivoting. Could also be used as a basepoint for car turning but would not be perfect. |
