modeled in some existing walls and their footings. Everything was great. But when I changed the footings from "new construction" to "existing" in the properties, the footings show up as solid lines instead of the hidden lines. I change them back to "new" and they go to hidden again. This user is off

g Revit like to contruct walls . a simple 2x4 stud wall with drywall on both sides would be constructed of 3 seperate walls . 1 for the 2x4 and 1 for each drywall layer. they probably were given some input to that effect that resulted what they did. ----------------------------------- best regards, co
