RevitCity.com | view range on uderlay inconsistant with view range of plan view

this view has house fndn walls and shorter frost walls around garage and porch slabs 3rd image shows underlay mentioned above imposed over the floor plan on sheet. It doesn't seem to have the same view range as the actual view. I double checked to see if the underlay was actually the view entitled "
