So in order to see these walls I have to see all the other pink/purple masses in my model when i turn that mass cube on. What can I do to NOT make them a mass without recreating them as they were a b*tch to make, kinda complex. The one thing I noticed and the reason I did an in place family is that

ind the area of exterior walls all at once? The only thing I've figured out that I can do so far is to get the area of each individual wall from the properties box and add them all together. This seems a little stone-age for a program like Revit. Is there a way to find the areas of multiple walls at

d insulation to exterior walls ......you draw a curent state of a building in one phase as an existing building....the you change the phase to and demolish walls that you want to remove....then change the phase to the next one and draw new stuff in like wall etc....so what about the walls that didnt
