You can then give these walls a property as finish to enable you to filter them from displaying in plan · They'll show fine in elevation · Can get all there areas · simply join them to the main wall and they'll automatically inherit the same cutouts for windows and doors... HTH. -------------------

that i can think of that walls would show up dashed; either the wall is demoed (just dashed) or a temporary partition (dahsed and filled with a hatch). it is a problem with the walls importing wrong. When i open an IFC model I exported, I select a wall and its properties show its family name and wall parameters correctly.
