Description:

The Hallock residence final renderings, designed by Mark Shattuck, The Tentmakers Design Studio, modeled and rendered by Jiri Chlepko, Eurotouch Inc. Attempt to make coper and slate roofs more realistic and overal visualization to look more rustic. All the water stains and aged details were done in photoshop CS3, same for the sky. Awesome rendering.  I think the sky is a little overpowering though and takes too much away from the house.  The eye is naturally drawn to the brightest part which is the sun.  I would use a similar sky without such a bright sun.  Great work!

as for a question above, it took 51 hours to render in 1800x1200 res and 220 artificial lights in the scene. Then maybe 4 to 5 hours in photoshop to polish it up.
