Description: This project is on Crenshaw in Los Angeles, an exterior revamp and major interior work. The building in the backdrop is existing; the additions are the fins on either side of the entrance, as well as the steel deck. The front of the building had to be developed as well, hence a seating area with some design elements borrowed from the entrance. The main design criterion was to accentuate the existing Art Deco style of design. I guess, this is an intermediate level render.
