Description: Hi, this is my 1st posting at RevitCity.  This is my 2nd project by Revit. All contents are 100% modeled by Revit. The rendering is also 100% by Revit's Accurender. Here I try to capture the outdoor bar and pool scene at night. Kindly content. Enjoy the images. Thank you.

Hi, under the enviroment settings, I set the background color to black. I also set the sun/time to 9pm. I think the black color stands up better to show the lighting setting here. I was told the client later used photoshopto change the sky to sunset! What do you think?

Cheers.

It looks great! ...so much to learn and so many things to do! How would it look with the outside sconces dimmed or turned off, with the sunset back ground?

Hi deeleweg, Here I try to highlight the interior compared to darker exterior. You can even notice light coming out from the window opening. There I placed floating lights to create that effect of a lighted room. Love to try your suggestion! I think it will look great.

Maybe I shall post an exterior sunset that I did instead. The effect is even more exciting with the background hills and sea.

Hello KimWong, great job!

I hope you can help me! I'm searching like crazy for a palm tree to download and i just can't find it! I wonder you can send me that awsome palm tree that you used in your project.

Thank you very much!!!

Hi Jinho,

The palm tree or coconut is from Accurender itselt! You have a few options of tree to select such as the angle 15, 30, 45 & 90 degree. I choosed the 90d and make it very tall above the roof. Just go to the palm tree selection. By the way I am using Revit 8.1.
