A Boy´s Dream

Description: Thanks to MaxLloyd a boy´s dream can become true. -------------
Download th Family File "toyota pick-up truck" from Revitcity.
It is a red car.
Save the file with some other name to make it blue instead., -------------------------------
Open the new .rfa-file in Revit. Go to Settings > Object Styles > Imported Objects.
Rename the a-audi TT-body to something else.
Click on Material > car Toyota pick-up metal to go to the Material window. Duplicate the material. Click the arrow for Accurender Texture.
Go to Material > New > Use Current Material as Template.
Change the color to blue. And go back and save the new material. And OK! OK! OK! -------------
And you can import the two different Family files in a Project file and render two cars in different colors.
And then perhaps add a new in a thrd colior. -------------
Isn´this a boy´s dream to come true? But for sure this wolrd is a little more complicated. My recipe is that you sit down on your ass for an hour of meditation after doing this to realize that the world is infinite wonder, thundering silence.... also.

Lovely. I've done the same trick in other projects, gives a nice combination. I think I'll have to go back to my dwg file and correct the headlight materials though. One more post Mr. GG, don't want to stay on the devil's number too long.....
