Corinthian Entablature Classical Architecture

Uploaded By: TheHouseofPark

Mon, Mar 23, 2020

Description:

Architectural section and elevation of a classical Corinthian Entablature, based on the descriptions provided in Robert Chitham's "The Classical Orders of Architecture", 2nd ed., Architectural Press, 2005. The profile and some decorative elements are controlled by a column width parameter, as many studies of classical proportions utilise multiples of this value, including column spacing (intercolumniation). Although this is an original work, inspiration is drawn from the publications of Paul F. Aubin.
