Honestly, getting skies to look right in renders is always trickier than it seems - too flat or too dramatic and it just kills the realism. I’ve been tweaking different approaches for a while, and what helped me a lot was experimenting with more natural sky replacements instead of default ones. I came across https://www.skyreplacementpack.com/ at some point, tried a few of their options, and it actually made a noticeable difference in depth and lighting. Not saying it’s the only way, but it definitely made my workflow a bit smoother.
