Little details go a long way to make a building "READ"!....  

The little dentles at the eaves and the lattice really made the image POP.....

I alway orient my buildings/houses to true north and show actual sun conditions for a given date and time, I believe that adds 1000% to the final rendering instead of just using "TOP LEFT" ETC.....  

Real Shadow conditions give you a REALISTIC result.
