Nice... I likey. What is that, about 70% model 20% Detail Line/Filled Region, 40% Sweat & Tears? 
Seriously, looks like a lot of Detail Line work. Any hints?

Not as much detail work as it looks, a but there are a few lines and stuff (lintels and dashed flashing) - no filled regions...
Yeah, probably 90% Modelling (80% of which is the blood sweat and tears) and 10% text and lines. Hints? Teach yourself to model better than you draw...
