The moldings took about 5 hours to model, the rest took around 8 hours to go from blank project to finished.  Final rendering: 9" x 11", 300 dpi, custom render settings - 7 hour render time

Thanks Tak.  Alabaster, it looks the exact same pre-photoshop aside from the wall color, I add that post render as a layer so clients can try out different wall colors they think they might like without me re-rendering every time
