Very nice rendering, I am a little thrown off by the lower roof on the right, It blocks the view of the upstairs balcony(well not maybe from the balcony) but from the ground floor looking up. Other than that I like the overall look of the house. I would buy it!

@unruhl, thanks for your observation. I had a choice to not make that corner a balcony and just put a window there. But the client wanted some kind of opening for air flow, not for viewing purposes though! Good catch!

@unruhl, beilieve it or not but some people desire privacy for there balcony so they may have wanted it.  Now with that said, yes that roof does stick out like a sore thumb.  Does not do the massing justice, a possible solution to resolving this massing issue would be to change the pitch of that roof to a 3/12 or 4/12. Something along those lines.  @Fatabjobe1 great job but i am curious as to why if this is in Revit you choose to show a straight on Elevation for your rendering and not rotate slightly to add some depth?
