Ive been trying to figure out how to do the mosiac backsplash! if you can tell me that would be awesome!

Basically found an image of a tile pattern i liked on a manufactures website. Created a copy of the existing material type: Ceramic/Tile/1inc Squares - Mosaic Gray tile material. Under Appearance i changed the file location to the new Image i found. then adjusted the .png file settings under "Relief Pattern" till i got the desired depth appearance i liked for the tile and then assigned that material to the wall surface. Hope that helps.
