Description:

This was my undergraduate thesis project I did. The project was a mixed use development in New York City. The structure was comprised of two 50 story towers connected by a 5 story retail base with a total square footage of 2.8 million SF.  Each level of the towers has a balcony that has small trees and vegetation on them.  There is also a large open park area that connects the High Line and new park coming down from the north.
