Description: The New 3rd District Courthouse in Sandy, Utah is one of the premier midsized courthouses in the State of Utah. This facility worked so well that the State and the Court Administrator’;s Office opted to use it as a prototype for the courthouse in Vernal, Utah. This particular facility cradled by the majestic Wasatch Mountain Range includes two stories, a beautiful lobby, three courtrooms, a number of judge’;s chambers, secured office spaces, clerical and book keeping areas, and a wonderfully landscaped site.
