like view angle - good selection.

Large Colum looks plastic though, suggest not gloss finish, choose low sheen or matt preferred. Suggest 2 round lights ? (assume not portholes) inappropriate because, your overall lighting of this space is OK without these lights adding nothing to scene.

good balance of asset to footprint ratio = not too cluttered look yet not too bare or contrived as much arch viz stuff certainly is = believeable / credible. Near aqua colour of swim pool ? in near background ? undesirable as if it is a pool, it is not delineated well with edges / tiling / decking whatever, whereas main background, looks aboutright for scale relative to this room as being in house on lake edge or fijord or sea.

 like scale and proportion.
