Hey everyone,

Once again I need your services.  I am trying to figure out how to annotate my plans ie: (floor plan notes, site plan notes....etc.), I would like to be able to insert a note in the plan and then have a legend calling out the respective notes.  Please if you know how to do this, or you have any suggestions it would be much appreciated.

RW

I use Note Blocks.  You can get one from the Annotation Folder.  I have made several with circles, squares, and diamonds so that I can have several different Note Blocks (ie. System Notes, Keynotes, Bath Notes) in a single model.  I prefer Note Blocks because you can edit the text inside Revit.  It is as easy as editing any other type parameter.  You can find more info on Note Blocks in the (F1) Revit help files.

 Hope this helps.
