Room Tags on one workset show up and the same tags on a different workset aren't showing up.  The tags are on the main file that is being linked on an RCP file for certain content, (like room tags).  They're showing up selectively (depending on workset) within the RCP file. 

How can we ensure that the problematic workset shows up in the linked file.  What could possibly be the difference that is causing this?

Yesterday I experianced a similar issue with structural columns in the engineers linked file.  I was unable to find the settings eploring settings and help on my own.

Can someone point towards the proper key words to search the help and manuals to find these settings?

We went to visibility graphics, revit links tab, and under display settings you have to select By Host View, and then choose the appropriate view of the linked model. 

This way, everything that shows up in that view in the link, shows up in the host file's view ...and then I don't think Visibility Graphics pertains to the Link's hosted view.
