I know this may sound odd, but is there a way that I can default copy>multiple to always be on? Autodesk deemed it appropriate for AutoCAD, why not Revit? Thanks!

I know of no way to make it default. Howeer, after you check it the first time, it should stay checked for the duration of that Revit session.
