I am trying to create a rather simple ramp.  I can type in all my level heights and stuff..... and then I can basically drag the ramp outlines until my ramp is finished.  However, if i try to do any changes to the boundary lines or any lines for that matter i get this warning....."Stairs require no more than two boundaries (chains of one or more Boundary Lines)."  I was wondering if some one could basically explain what this warning is talking about ..... im not really getting what they are trying to tell me. Thank You

Typically, that error message appears when you have too many boundary lines.  On a straight ramp, there should be only two boundary lines, paralell with the run of the ramp and a riser line at the top and bottom.  Try drawing the ramp from scratch as well instead of using the default RUN command (the run command is evoked as soon as you click ramp, and you just tell it a start point and end point).  You can create the ramp using just four lines.  Two for boundary (sides of the ramp) and two riser lines (start and finish).

As usual.  The solution is just a little more simple than what I thought it would have to be.

Thanks,

Ben

The problem resolve is eliminate the boundaries paralell to midline (blue line) and select one of the perpendicular lines to blue line, next step lengthen off the perpendicular lines at desired distance and finish the process.
