Hello all, this is the first time i have posed a question in the year i have been lurking on this site because i have always been able to search the forums and figure out my problems with previous answers but i am stumped now. When trying to apply a curtain wall to a sloped masses face I get an error that reads... "Wall type (insert wall name here) is incompatible with picked face. Only basic wall types are accepted."Basicaly whats happening is i can get a normal 5" generic wall to use pick face fine but when i try to use pick face for a curtain wall on that same face the error comes up. This is only on the sloped faces of the mass - the curtain wall applies fine on the vertical faces on the mass. Any ideas on what im doing wrong? Thanks a lot for all the help over the year!

You're not doing anything wrong.  Revit will not allow curtain walls to be applied to sloped conditions.

You need to use Curtain System by face or Use Roof by Face and use a Sloped Glazing type.
