I assume this means that each sheet would start with #1 being the first item tagged on that sheet. Would that mean that each sheet requires it's own keynote legend? One master list, multiple legends because each sheet requires it's own view of a legend assigned to that sheet. If I have my settings for numbering by sheet, then why do I get the same keynotes each time I make a new keynote legend for a different sheet? And why would any new note I add to my list suddenly make my existing list appear blank in the note section when a new #1, 2 or 3 is added to a sheet? What am I doing wrong? Revit Architecture 2008. Views in place on sheets already, keynotes added as last part of CD phase. Keynote txt file attached.
