I have a wall that is join off axis and when I try to beef up the inner wall to make the corner 90 degrees Revit can't joing them.  Any ideas on how to accomplish this?  Thanks.

Create an in-place column family. Make sure when you are creating the family, you go to "Family Categories and Parameters" and select "Automatically join". See the attached images.

you can do the same thing with an in-place wall and join geometry

Yes you can do that...but I notice that it doesn't have the option to "attach" under the category settings.  Am I missing something.  Because I'd much rather have these on the wall category to turn on and off appropriately.

you have to manually join the walls with join geometry after they are both created. like you said there is no auto option like the columns.
