Im adding my views to a sheet but it is looking a little mish mash as i dont seem to be able to replicate how much i have clipped from say the ground floor to the first floor. Is there a way of doing this?

I think what you are looking for is "Dependent Views". If your plan is too large to fit on one sheet, rather than simply duplicate the view and crop, use "Duplicate as Dependent". Each dependent view is listed in a tree structure under the primary view and if you make the crop regions visible you can see the crop regions of each dependent view. Create a seperate dependent view for each sheet. Get one floor set up as desired and then you can apply that to other levels by right clicking over the primary view and using the "Apply Dependent Views" function. Hope this Helps. Troy - myCADD
