hey all
i have a question, I downloaded the square shape keynote symbol from this website, OK, now when i insert it to my drawing under the family annotation category and want to change the number of the keynote it changes it automatically on the other keynotes
am i missing something ???
how does it work>>??

they keynote number is probably a type parameter (vs. instance) , so all of the keynotes which are the same type will change when you change that type. You need to either open up the family and change the keynote number parameter to an instance parameter, or create a new type for each keynote number you want. To create a new type, simply select the keynote, go to properties, click edit/new, then duplicate. You'll be asked to type in a name for your new type, click ok and you have a new type. Now you can change the number and the rest won't change.
