I hope that someone is able to help answer my question.

In the project I'm working on, I've got a 2nd floor that is about 50% habitable space and 50% attic space (see attached file). I've got a roof set up on the habitable portion of it, shown in red on my drawing. The attic space is shown in blue. The edge walls of the attic are shown in green. I would like to make the slope of the roof extend past the edges of the habitable area walls and hit the attic walls. Essentially, I want the roof to be attached to the second level on some edges and to the third level on others. Is this possible? Any help would be greatly appriciated, and I'll try to clarify any questions you might have about my intentions. Thanks!

1-   create roof picking walls as all edges are attached to upper level

2-    select the roof and go to edit

3-    select edge which should be lower, go to the properties and  secify "offset from roof base"

as required, should be the diffrence between first flor plate and second floor plate

(negative number)
