in your write-up for Levels without plans you use the word "back". i think you wanted "black".

Also i was looking at your View Range write up. when trying to set the view direction. i do not get a View Directions option for setting it to Up or Down. Has that options been changed?

You are quite right...my spelling mistake thanks :o)

The View range up / down is only applicable to Revit Structural not Architecture... I must make a note in the page explaining that as well... thanks for your feedback

Your URL is out of date, but to do that you just click on the Level button then uncheck "make plan view". The level should show up as black instead of blue and then you have a level with no plan view.

Another question, when the head of the level is gray, what does that mean? I was having this problem at work the other day.

Thanks,

Pietro

I'm not sure about grey heads, but blue means it has a view associated to it, black means no level... As for grey maybe its just confused as  Mindblenreaper sugests. Although I wouldnt recomend pounding on the keyboard  Smile

Looks like a bug to me, but I'm not really sure. I cant seem to replicate it. Even spot elevations are black.

What happens if you double click on it? If it goes to aview then maybe its acting like a "used" link (blue before you click on it, grey after you have clicked on it once). Although why it would do that I dont know...

When I click on the gray head it does not go to a different view.

Is it possible that its a copied level?
