This is somehting that started after upgrading to Revit Architecture 2008. The imported linked CAD file is in a different location when I open the Revit project every morning. This has happened in atleast 5 different projects - multi building and single building. I tried pinning the linked file. It still moved and whn I tried to move it back it told me that the instanc ewas linked!! I had to unpin it to move it back. Has anyone encountered this problem? Is there a solution? Thanks

I have not had this problemb. But it might be the settings you used to import the cad file. did you use shared cords, or cursor at center...ect. I'm just courouis to see if one of thoses import options would have made a difference in how revit thinks about where to put the liked file.
