I need the room labels, window tags and door tags to appear in the floor plan view I created. In the visibility options, these items are checked in the Annotations Category but they do not appear in the floor plan view. I have a floorplan view and one I labeled floor plan 2. They appear in the floorplan 2 view but not in the floor plan view. I duplicated one view to create the other but am having problems with viewing the names of the rooms, window tags and door tags in one of the two views. Can this be explained? How can I resolve this problem?

Tags are Annotations- that is they are view-specific. Unlike model elements, you need a seperate instance of each tag, in each seperate view that you want so see them. 2 Solutions:- a) Duplicate ("with detailing" the view that already has the tags on- thus, the new view will then have tags on. b) Use the "Tag" command to tag the windows and doors in the view that doesn't currently have them.
