Does anyone have a clue or have any experience using Revit MEP?

Not much experience yet, but I've been forcing myself to use MEP for doing the HVAC design. At the moment I have been tracing dwg's on jobs we are currently working on for places like Coolangatta Hotel, and Marina Mirage just to name two. What I am finding though is that a lot of "real world" duct work and components are just not available, or if using the routing solutions, I'm not getting the results as we use them in real life. I've been talking to Adrain at KarelCAD here in Australia and they are looking at putting together a subscription system that will allow their customers (particularly Hastie's Group, that I currently work for, and that have just pruchased 90 licenses of the MEP 2008 Suite) to request family objects that they will produce and allow us to download as we need them. There are a few things I would like to see implemented, and I will them forward to Autodesk. Things that I know are possible to do, as I've used such things in other 3D software.
