I figured it out myself I changed the Project Units Format >shortkey:UN< to be rounding at 2 decimal places, and then I was able to use the 11.67mm in my parameter value. To avoid the dimension to have 2 decimals, like 1120.00mm , I just edited my dimension style to not use project settings for units format, and used 0 decimal places for rounding. Then my dimensions were nice again without the .00 in the end Hope this can help someone avoiding the same problem...
