I've become fairly well adjusted to keynoting and to using txt files and keynote legends to support my needs.

However I've ran into a situation where I would like to have two keynote series,  one for existing and one for everythings else.

I would like to keep a normal 1, 2, 3 count for one series.

And I would like to keep an E1, E2, E3 count for the existing.

 Is this possible?

Is it even possible to have two seperate counts of keynotes originating from a 1? IE  101 102 102 & 1 2 3 etc.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

REVIT doesn't care how you organize your keynotes.  REVIT seems to just use the ascii sequence as a pointer/index.   That's why when you set keynotes by sheet, keynote 101 may be shown as keynote 6 on the sheet.  It's actually 101 in your text file and would be 101 on your drawing if you set keynoting by keynote.

We use alpha charcters as part of our keynotes and that works.   We also use descriptive written seperations in the text file and revit doesn't care as long as the first "word" doesn't match any other first "word" in another line.
