How are you all naming stacked walls in Revit?  Is there a standard out there?  I found a thread that seems to be a good way to name typical wall types but what happens when you stack two different wall types?  I've posted this thread in the tech support forum before but did not get any responses... I'm hoping to have better luck in this forum.  I'm really curious how others are doing it.

Here's the link to the thread I found from 2006 but since it was from 2006 I thought I better start a new post.

We aqre just getting to this point also. I am thinking that we will either name them the same as you saw on the regular wall types just W1=3'-0"; xxxxx W2=Vary; xxxxx W3=4'-0" xxxx (xxx= description) etc.  Although I am more than willing to take any sugestions on how to do it otherwise.

I guess the other option would be to just name them W1=3'-0"; W2=Vary; W3=4'-0"; and just leave the W1, 2 3 as project specific.
