the Network License Manager won't install and gives me this error:

"License Agreement Requird for Installation

To install this application, the end-userlicense agreement (EULA) folder must be copied to the same location as the application.

Copy the EULA folder from the Media Browser(<CDROM Drive>\<product installer folder>\eula)and paste it to the same location as the application you are attempting to install.."

i have pasted the EULA folder in many locations

in and around the Network License Manager .log ..

also nothing actually tells me WHERE is the

"same location" as the application i am

attempting to install .. 

i don't actually have a server but i want to learn

how all this works by installing the manager..
