I recently just downloaded the demo off of autodesk's website and installed it fine.  When I try to open it i get an error saying:

"An unrecoverable error has occurred. the program will now be terminated.  all of your data has been recently saved, so there is no need to create recovery files."

how do i fix this and get it so i can open the program to work in it?
